Open Letter to the Troika and the Greek Government
Avanti Europe ! has sent an open letter to the Government of the Hellenic Republic, the European Central Bank, the European Commission and the International Monetary Fund today to conclude its first campaign entitled "Solidarity with the people in Greece! For a revision of austerity policies". The letter introduces Avanti Europe, emphasises our frustration towards an unprecedented level of austerity whose weight is falling unequally upon the Greek people who bear least responsibility for the debt and who stand to suffer the most and calls on the members of the Troika and the Greek government to revise the austerity plan and put humans and their needs at the centre of their decisions.
